I have searched around but I have not found any answer. Is it possible to automatically hide empty custom fields from being shown in the article? I have several custom fields around, but I do not use all of them in every article I create. An option to only show the field label title when there is a value to be displayed is a feature I really would like to see around. Thanks!
for now not flexicontent behaviour is
empty field => display noting
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

almost all built-in fields will not create HTML if empty
- so if the label is show this depends on the template file and it does not depend on the field
- eitheryou can try adding your field in a position that does not show label
- or edit you item view files

1. duplicate template
2. edit item layout of the new template
3. click button "load common default code"
4. find the template position and add something like
e.g.
