Template blog: Problem with images

Hi. I have a problem with images on the blog template.
so I have 6 items and only 3 show a photo. I note that in each article images are the same size. I don't know why.

I have second question. When I go to the article I see the table with Created, Last Modified, Voting, Categories. Where I can change its properties and delete some unnecessary stuff??

And third question. Where I can turn on the vote of articles??

1. about image, FLEXIcontent blog template searches the introtext of the article for image (intro text is the part before the read more) is your image before the read more ?

2. TWO ways to display fields:
- template position
- template parameter (in content type edit form or in category edit form)

-- usually most FLEXIcontent templates only show fields via placing them in a template position, (you goto template manager and edit the
- category layout of the template
or
- item layout of the template

- but e.g. blog template also displays some fields via template parameter,
a. for category view go to your category edit form and enable disable them at the bottom right
b. for item view go to your content type edito form (e.g. edit "ARTICLE" type) and at the bottom right ... but "default" template which is by "article" content type by default does not have such parameters


3. For voting go to template manager TAB and edit the category layout of e.g. the blog template , then drag and drop the field into a position

Thanks for answer but all the images in the article I have in the same place and the template displays three images of the articles and where are the other three images?
