Articles missing in admin panel, i am asked to "bind"

1. I have installed FC (using: FLEXIcontent CCK v2.1.2 1806 RC) , when a users submits an article in the front end, it gets lost in the back end. only being picked up by the system if I re-install FC,

2. Also, although I have set the limit for articles, the user is able to create more content that is specified.

The message I receive after reinstalling the software is as follows:

The system has detected that some items are not yet bound to their extended data. Either you have just import them from Joomla!'s com_content or you changed the content section in the global configuration.
IMPORTANT!!! This process may consume a lot of server resources depending on the number and the size of your contents. To avoid timeouts use a reasonable value according to your server capacity and the number of items to bind. 5 items to bind Bind to
Default category for items without one:

Even after specifying which category the article should belong to.

=> your user create article (joomla) not item (flexicontent)

please note this:

FLEXIcontent attaches
1. a content type to the Joomla article
2. the content type contains several fields


if you submit an Joomla article via Joomla article form then FLEXIcontent will detect it and ASK YOU to content the new article to a CONTENT TYPE (=we call this "Binding")

Solution:
- create 1/or more FLEXIcontent submit menu items
- you can enabled "Add button" in category views

using Joomla article form with FLEXIcontent is a little usefulness,
because you do not take advantage of FLEXIcontent features !!

Yes, after setting an appropriate menu link, all items seem to be OK now.

Is there a way to remove the following from the users view, I would like to Remove:

(the link/buttons where it shows Article, Image, Page Break, Read More....I don't want them to access Article/Image of the website)

at the bottom of the form where they input their text.

it seems that your imgage/gallery field, is in
DB-mode (re-usable images)
-- DB-mode can isolate images
a. per field
b. per uploader
(see field configuration further done ... find DB-mode parameters)



Also you can change your image field to be in folder mode,
currently folder mode supports isolating fields per folders
- item_id + field_id

e.g.
item_55_field_33
item_56_field_33
item_57_field_33
item_58_field_33


- for v2.2.0
more folder modes will be configurable:
a. /username/

b. /item_id/

c. /field_id/


and combination of the above

for button you can disable it in description field
edit it and hidde button
