Selectiv dropdown filtering

Can you tell me when it is possible to make some selective dropdown filtering boxes in flexicontent...
I have to do some filtering options for a couple of data and and get the data almost as you have here.. see the uploaded picture...

a date or some month, year will do...
I have asked for this option for a year ago and was told it would come soon... so please give me clue...

its built-in filter funcrion for category.
you mast first make custom field of "Select" type and make it "filterable" in its properties.
after all you must change the category setting to show filter

ok, I wasn't aware of that, i'll look into it...
Can this also function as a filter on the keywords at the same time?

actualy the filter are not connected
you can user search field with filter on selected field only
