Flexiaccess Groups Not Showing

Hallo all,

I haven't seen any documentation for this issue thus far, and so I'm wondering if someone can give some insight into the problem / solution.

I've installed the latest versions of both Flexicontent and Flexiaccess and in the attempt to setup access groups using Flexiaccess, I cannot seem to see the groups that I created [see attachments]. I've tested on multiple versions of 1.5 without resolve.

It just confirms that the group was successfully created / saved, but does not show up.

Thoughts?

Cheers

Kyle

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Hey km and micker,

I've got the same problem and just tried the things you suggested, micker, but with no change. I checked the cache folder from the time I cleared it and as soon as I surfed to the FLEXIaccess component it stored new cache files and still nothing showed in the groups list. I even tried shutting off the caching in flexicontent, but no change there either. As it is now I cannot access any of the articles in frontend as a result, luckily this is a testversion of the live site, so no one is suffering for it yet. :)

By the mootools compatibility plugin, you do mean the Mootools Upgrade system plugin, right? I also tried choosing No for the mootools tooltip in the flexicontent configuration.

Thanks in advance,
Svempa

Thanks for the quick reply, micker. I did find what the problem was: I had version 1.5.20 of joomla and when I updated to 1.5.22 it started showing the list of groups. :geek:
