Code:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, postmaster@readandplay.fr and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Hello,

For internal server Error you will need to know what went wrong

-- so before guessing anything, we need to look at apache log file

For local installations look at:

=> /var/log/message or
=> /var/log/httpd/error_logs or
=> /var/log/lighttpd/error_log or
=> /var/log/httpd/error_log

If you have cpanel, just open cpanel and click the icon "Error Log"

Maybe your server is rejecting multiple connections to call phpthumb thumbnail code at once, because it make consider it as an "flooding attack", if this is the case then try configure your module not to recreate thumbnails but instead use an already created thumbnail size:

In parameter "Field HTML as Image" try entering e.g.
imgfieldname##display_small

Hello,

It seems that my server is rejecting multiple connections. I have add "imgfieldname##display_small" and it works perfectly. Thank you very much for your help.
