[Endless Loop with com_content] Problème avec sh404SEF

Bonjour,

- Joomla : 2.5.6
- Flexicontent : 2.0 RC7 r1420
- sh404SEF : 3.5.1.1299

Dans un menu avec plusieurs liens de menu, j'ai quelques liens de menu qui génèrent des erreurs lorsque sh404SEF est activé.

Touts les liens de menu de ce menu sont de même type "Flexicontent : contenu unique", les articles font tous parties de la même catègorie (Nous connaitre).

Sans la ré-écriture d'URL de Joomla et de sh404SEF l'URL qui pose problème est :

/index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=15&id=9&Itemid=202

Avec la ré-écriture d'URL de Joomla et sans sh404SEF l'URL est :

/nous-connaitre/metrologie-et-instrumentation

Avec la ré-écriture d'URL de Joomla et de sh404SEF l'URL est :

/nous-connaitre/metrologie-et-instrumentation.html

Mais au clic sur le lien on voit dans firebug une redirection d'une adresse vers une autre qui revoie vers la première en boucle :

La première redirection 303 envoie vers :
/index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=15&id=9&Itemid=2

Ensuite on a une redirection 301 vers :
/nous-connaitre/metrologie-et-instrumentation.html

et ainsi de suite...

Ce qui m'étonne, c'est que dans la liste des URL affichée dans l'admin de sh404SEF on voit que les liens de menu qui pose problème appelle le com_content et pas le com_flexicontent.

Dans sh404SEF on voit que l'adresse non ré-écrite pour "/nous-connaitre/metrologie-et-instrumentation.html" est :

/index.php?option=com_content&Itemid=101&catid=15&id=9&lang=fr&view=article

Je ne sais pas si c'est cela qui pose problème ?

Le bouton d'import de Flexicontent n'est plus disponible, donc je ne peux pas tester un ré-import des articles qui posent problème.

Latest SH404SEF plugin is included with r1420, please provide an admin login, and give details of a scenario to reproduce the problem

- the menu item in backend is menu item no 147
- in frontend click this and this
- and the problem is this ...

1. You have com_content page (e.g. featured articles category view) these contain com_content link to articles

2. these com_content articles links are redirected to FLEXIcontent item links

3. the above is detected by SH404SEF and groups the com_content article link and flexicontent item link as a "duplicate URL group"

4. so far ok, but SH404SEF makes the first link to enter the group "default", thus it redirects your FLEXIcontent menu items (of single FC item type) to their relevant com_content article links (= first link in the duplicate group)

5. This create a loop because the FLEXIcontent system plugin will redirect the com_content article link back to the FLEXIcontent item

A temporary fix is
(1) go to SH404SEF URL manager
(2) filter by com_content component
(3) click on each duplicate group COUNTER (number "1" or "2")
(4) make FLEXIcontent URL to be the default of the group, this breaks the loop (i have done this for some links in your site)

I will contact SH404SEF authors to discuss best solution, but i guess the obvious would be to make FLEXIcontent URLs to be the default.

But for sure provide a solution (not just now but soon)

Thank you for your answer.

Addresses that are displayed on the homepage in the central block, are with a small module that was developed. We must change non-SEF addresses in this module and put "option=com_flexicontent".
