ni moi ni lui avons eu ce probleme ...
peus tu recuperes la derniere version r610 par svn puis ecraser les fichiers pour voir

installer un joomla 1.5.23 + flexicontent en local
faire une simili strucutre (categorie + item)
voir si ca marche
puis faire un backup de la BDD et la mettre sur le local pour faire le test
