[Resolu]Probleme de config css

Bonjour,
Après moult recherche, je ne trouve pas où se situe mon problème exactement.
Je m'explique :
Sur mes pages, j'ai créer une position intitulé "menupage" sur lequel je place un code html pour définir mon menu (Visible sur le screen).

Néanmoins, depuis la dernière mise à jour que j'ai effectué, il s'est déplacé et ne touche plus le contenu de ma page.
J'ai chercher de partout comment faire mais impossible de trouver. J'ai utiliser firebug mais rien n'à fonctionner. Je ne sais pas par où commencer.

Voila ce que j'ai :

Et voila ce que je souhaite obtenir :

Ma barre de menu qui contient "Fiche", "News",... est trop haute par rapport à mon contenu. Je souhaiterais la descendre comme j'avais avant la mise à jour mais je n'y arrive plus.

Justement j'ai essayé mais sa ne marche pas.
Je modifie le css item adéquat et j'ai même essayer le css de mon menu mais rien n'y fait.

i checked your site again and the CSS rules i gave you are not there, please edit a css file e.g default.css of your Joomla template and add the CSS code there
