FC installation : Wrong display after clic on configuration button

After installing flexicontent 4.1.5 everithing was ok until i clic on configuration button to do the first Save action.

i dont know how to explain that window .... just look at the image  

The save button has gone at the botton of the page. and I can't clic  save button to confirm configuration.
 



I have delete done installation twice...

Any idea?

i think you have conflict with an other plugin
i couldn't find same error...
check your error i think you will have an specific line inside
