I had not thought the problem could come from the pictures I used for testing ... stupid :oops: !
It just does not work with photos imported directly from a camera. They must be processed by an image editor first ... it remains for me to provide a tutorial to explain to my craftsmen candidates how to use an image editor online ... nice challenge !
