how to limit intro text to 0 in blog category view ?

Hello,

I would like to have a light items list (only the title and image of items) in 2 column in the blog category view

for this i need to reduce the intro text to "0" words

but it seem that it is not possible to put zero in this category parameter... is not working : showing the all intro text

any ideas ?

i have made changes in the template

i wonder if it'll be possible to improve the category parameters to be able to specify "zero" as intro text
it could help others users and it's better not to customise to much the template...

0 is for all text ...
i am agree with you need to improve it
-zero text option
-option to preserve formating of text (br, strong,and some html tags)

e.g.
strip only image tags and show the rest of the text?

ps: in close future i would like to go futher and build new presentation template for category : a wall of images instead of list of items
