Flexiaccess will not restrict access!

Hi,

I have Flexicontent 1.5.3 an Flexiaccess 1.0.5.

If I set permissions for a sub-category to limit frontend submission to one single Group, that I created, still every one registered can submit items to that sub-category.

You can see the permission setup for the sub-category in the attached image.

I have followed the installation process as desrcibed, and checked that plugins are loaded in the correct order, etc.

Even if I remove all access permissions, still every one registered can submit.

I can't figure out why Flexiaccess will not restrict access as it should.

Can you help?

I am not sure that I understand what you mean?

What do you mean by "the same rule"

And why do you refer to"item" when it is the category I have restricted?

Just questions to be sure I understand you.

There are no items in the category. It is empty so far.

Let me explain a little more:

I have set restictions to frontend-submission for the category shown on the attached image so that only the group "Serviceudbyder" are alolowed to submit to that category.

If I make a menu-item that points to the submit form, and I keep the category selection blank, it means that the user can select the categories him self. In this case the restricted category is NOT in the list, because it is restricted by Flexiaccss. So this way it seems to work. The user can not submit to the restricted category.

BUT, if I instead make the menu-item point to the submission form and make the category selection point to the fixed category (which means that the user can not select the category - it is selected fixed) then if the user clicks on this menu-item he opens the submit form, with the fixed category and then he can submit into this category - even is it is restricted. Flexiacces should not allow this.
