Flexiaccess will not restrict usergroup access to menues

I have now tried many different things and lots of them already posted here on the forum, but nothing has helped so far.

My problem is that when i create usergroups and assign users to the group and then restrict a certain menu only to be shown to this group - nothing is shown. Only when I choose the "registred" group the menu is shown.

I have modified the mod_mainmenu as described here: www.flexicontent.org/documentati ... items.html

I am having exactly the same problem for weeks now. The support team doesn't seem to be able to find a fix.

I got serveral PMs asking me whether I managed to sort this out.

Did not have this problem with the previous release...

This seems to be a frequent issue and makes Flexiaccess useless in my case.
