FA (FlexiAccess) Admin menu and Joomla 1.5.21 - bug? was created by joomlablogger

Hi,

I think there's something wrong with the FA Admin menu that does not work with Joomla 1.5.21. I noticed that two of my sites had problems with the administrator after upgrading to 1.5.21.
On both I use FA Admin menu.
On one, I got the following error message:

On the other, the admin menus do not work at all.

When disabling it and enabling the normal menu, it solves the problem.

I have not had time to check this on a Joomla 1.5.20 site to replicate it, but perhaps someone else who has not upgraded can check? And then report if there is an error after upgrade?
