About setting permissions

I have a question and a few suggestions:

Does the page for setting permissions make use of Ajax? It seems to but I just wanted to be sure. I frequently have connectivity issues and I'd like to know for sure if the changes are instantly updated, or if I have to traverse the tree again after I've been disconnected.

The first suggestion is this: if changes are instantly written to the database with Ajax then perhaps it would be good to change the language on the button 'Save & Back'. Changes would already have been saved but this language makes me doubt if changes were already saved or not.

The second suggestion is to put the radio buttons for cascading ('Propagate READ permissions to children ') at the top, not at the bottom. Now that they are at the bottom it is too easy to overlook this option.

A final suggestion is to make propagation of read permission to children the default.
