schema.org Publisher value needed but can't find the way to add it

Nobody was able to tell me, so I found by myself (not really by myself, but with the help of a very special friend, on the french Joomla forum, and I thank him so much).
I've downloaded all the plugins files onto my PC, then I did a search inside the folders, using notepad++, based on the keyword "schema".
That shown me that the php file responsible for the microdata is... tada tada.... SOCIALMETA !

At least, after several days looking everywhere, I found it, and now all my structured data are OK.
In the item view.
Because in the category view, I still have a big problem : www.flexicontent.org/forum/20-general-su...-1-in-item-view.html
(and I am looking for the way to tell socialmeta not to generate any structured data inside the category view, since it is not able to handle all the structured datas...)
