In v1.5.6 RC1a you can enter a description for a file in the filemanager you mean this description?

Will probably do for v1.5.6 RC2, it is not too much code, but must also decide where to display and maybe add parameter for this e.g. inline or on mouseover

To solve this problem i've created a textarea field in which i write a description but i don't find how to access it from the file minigallery.php.
can you help me please?
