alignement des blocs

Bonjour,

j’ai un problème d’alignement de mes blocs en catégories FC lorsque le titre de l’article est trop long et fais 2 lignes. photo du pb jointe.
Comment puis-je conserver les blocs (titre + image de l’item) en taille fixe, peu importe la longue du titre ?

coupé le titre apres X caractères (c'est dans les option du template blog)
reduire la taille de la typo (mais c'est pas une vrai solution)
