the issue is with the URL, how did you create this URL ?

did you copy it ? did you bookmark it ? or did you type ite

forces range and means all filter values greater than 2
means ALL filter values at the range of [2, 10]
greater equal to 2 and less or equal to 10


for exact value use:
www.ecophylle.org/lesprojets?filter_119 []=2&cc=p
or for 3 values
www.ecophylle.org/lesprojets?filter_119 []=2&filter_119[]=5&filter_119[]=6&cc=p

if you use [1] and [0] does not exist then it will be treated as a range
