if it works in one user but not for some other user,
-- then the obvious thing to think is that you have set "Editor None" in your user profile.

-- And indeed you had "Editor None" in your Joomla User profile.

(i should have remember to asked you about your user profile, but i missed that)

Le problème venait donc du fait que l'option "Editor None" était mis à yes pour mon profil d'utilisateur. Cela ne faisait plus aucun doute dès que nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'un nouvel utilisateur avait accès au wysiwyg.

Tout est en ordre à présent.
