Yes, but all items are public. I think it is only necessary to access = 1 in # _content.

Anyway if you have not created the assets,

FLEXIcontent will ask you to create the missing assets next time your relogin, right?

also maybe you can call this code from inside Joomla:

require_once(JPATH_ADMINISTRATOR.DS.'components/com_flexicontent/models/flexicontent.php')
$fcmodel = new FlexicontentModelFlexicontent();
$fcmodel->initialPermission();

you could create the assets after importing new items ...
(i have not tested it, maybe you need to include more PHP files)

Yes indeed, flexi asks me update Install multilingual support and Initial permission when relogin.
But it does not matter, because the items appear directly on the front after importing my external MySql data.
