The page display the site title, is what you meant?

This a Global Joomla configuration parameter

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.

ok this is why I cannot find it in flexi options ...
By chance, do you know how can I disable it in joomla ?

dans la partie menu de ton site (pour chaque llien menu tu peu changer ce comportement) sinon dans la partie article parametre global pour tout les articles

I can see that this is the site title, but i could not login to backend to confirm what is happening

If you switch language to English the setting is:

(Joomla) Global Configuration/Site (Tab)/SEO settings/Include Site Name in Page Titles

try disabling this one
