Does the user you used to access item (article) belong to N1 and N2 too (or N1 and N3 too)?

users belong to one group

Is this user that belongs to N1 a super administrator? (FLEXIaccess does not apply to super administrators)

the administrator is present in any of the group N1, N2 or N3

Is the item (article) displayed by flexicontent or by com_content ? (e.g. this can happen if you made a link to com_content and you have also disabled redirecting in the System Flexicontent plugin)

can you tell me where is this option?

Please post a picture too

You need a print screen option for what?
