Type's configuration , parameter "Default (secondary) categories", Unable to deselect all values

in FC Content Types
in 3rd TAB « edit »  > secondary categories 
Unable to unselect « Default secondary categories » when selected
same things with Template content view
is there a bug somewhere ?

Do you have an idea how to solve this issue ?

this is strange

because , that drop selector , does not have any ACL checks,
it is meant for configuration

please send a PM with admin access, to review this

i see now what you meant
you want to deselect all secondary categories

will make a fix

to deselect you can try this:
1. Click to remove the currently selected option
2. Select option "Select category"
3. Save the form

now "Select category" will appear as the currently selected value

and how to remove the hyphen ( - ) before and after every filter fields names : "- state -"   "- image -"
