I have seen you have tested the item hurtecant.
1. With which browser did you do the test? on all my browsers it isn't working.
2. I have seen that the original item is locked when you do that and in my case, it doesn't create an item and i'm redirect to the homepage of admin. did you have also this behaviour?

Thanks for your help but this is in our dev environment and we don't know how to solve this. When using a beta version you have provided us, this is working fine. So it's a bit strange.

i tested with v3.2.1.7 and
hurtecant

and it is working
browsers firefox and chrome

Thanks for the help.
What we have noticed is that indeed with user flexi it works, with the standard admin it doens't work..
We did a cleanup of the sessions table but it doesn't do the trick

Do you have an idea where to search?

We have found the issue. It is linked to the languade setting of the admin user of the backend.
When changing the default language to English UK for our user, it is working.
Do you know the issue?

If it breaks with other language we need to find out why
will test , is it with French language ?

no. With the Dutch NL language.
Go to user account flexi and open change the default backend language to dutch. (NL).. and then when you taken an item and save as copy, you will see the issue.
