Not possible to use 'save as copy' button

If it breaks with other language we need to find out why
will test , is it with French language ?

no. With the Dutch NL language.
Go to user account flexi and open change the default backend language to dutch. (NL).. and then when you taken an item and save as copy, you will see the issue.
