please enable Joomla Debug in global configuration and look at page creation times

I am getting this error actually
Notice: Undefined offset: 217 in /var/www/japprecie/libraries/joomla/access/access.php on line 595
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/japprecie/libraries/joomla/access/access.php on line 595
I remembered the issue stemmed from when i upgraded the flexiadmin from 0.8 to 0.9.
