Multiple fields of type tag

We would like to know if it's possible to create 2 different fields of the fieldtype 'tag'.

This is a core-field and can`t be duplicated. Instead you can use the "textselect" field. This field is similar the tag field.

yes but the textfield isn't clickable, and this is the behaviour we want to obtain.

I`afraid you mean the normal textfield (number/time/etc/custom validation).
I mean textselect (Text with existing value selection). It`s clickable by existing values which users have used in past for this field.
In future version of fc it will be possible to make a pre-config list for selectable values for this field like tag-field.

I mean clickable in the front end of the site. That you can click on the text and see all the articles with this value. Just like a tag.
On a tag field you can click in the frontend of the site and you get a list of all the articles that have this value as tag.

you can create this field as filter. So it is clickable and all items will be showed which has special value like a tag.
