A little hesitant to enable it,
but i think we can just enable in 3.3.x branch too

Please, enable it. I have 2 sites, which already use it. But new tags not syncing - so they does not have meta tags and descriptions.

i think we are now sure of the way this is implemented
so we can commit to current implementation,
