Sorry I am coming back to this again... you said you'd make a fix last week, but I realise I have no idea where to find that - I coudn't see anything newer than the 3.2.1.15 release on github. Could you instruct me?

Thank you very much. I installed it and first of all, nothing changed.
I disabled versioning and truncated the versions tables called #__flexicontent_items_versions as well as #__flexicontent_versions directly via MyQL, because this is an existing website that has been upgraded several times. Enabling it again, the fix seems to have solved the issue for me.

I needed to empty the cache, log out and back in again, before I was able to create new articles though, otherwise I had an error regarding an unknown 't.name' when clicking the "new" button. I am guessing it was just a session / cache related problem.

I further asked my self if joomla content versioning should best be enabled or disabled - does it have any influence? I saw that there are no joomla content versions saved, but just to do it right...

Cheers and thank you for all the efforts!
Terry

Yes the above is the ordering column
and we need to clear error after upgrade to avoid this
