About using utf8mb4_unicode_ci was created by jrodgar

Just wanted to share, joomla have moved from utf8_general_ci (but there are still some utf8_general_ci to support old installations)

Hello

we converted only our table entried that are joined with Joomla columns in SQL queries
indeed we should update the rest too
