Custom frontpage

Hmm, that's too bad.

E.g. I have a page with contact info for employees with the following menu path:

/intra/knowledgebase/contact/employees/

However, in search results, this page will turn up as:

/component/flexicontent/245-contact/895-employees/

This means that the submenu and other modules added to this page will not turn up when visiting the page from the search results.

For this please, go to FLEXIcontent global configuration and read / change the setting for default menu itemid

2. Also your menu items will be selected if
(a) FC-category-id and FC-item-id match with that in the url
(b) the have access level that is allowed to the current user
(c) the have language 'ALL' or same as the currently selected user language

So, after checking both (1) configuration and (2) the menu item (you may have linked to the item via a different category)

(b) an example to check e.g. search URL, item link, and menu item that was not matched and thus was not used for the item link

In global config for FlexiContent I have a default menu id, that links to the Site Content menu item in FlexiContent Hidden Menu. I've selected "Yes, but prefer current menu item".

I have checked the menu item you suggested and is pointing to a different item,

checking 3 menu item with alias "personale"
i see that they do not point to the same item as the one you suggested in your search
the search gives:

.../8-intranet/489-personale
aka cid=8 and id=489

and your menu item are:

index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=12&id=1308

index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=245&id=895

index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=132&id=318

So the menu points to the wrong items? How can the menu work, then?

well, not wrong, just not pointing to item 489

can you give me the id (last column) of the menu item you want to match, did i miss it? :roll:
