Hi Georges,
For the grid with filter :
- RockSPRocket does not allow filter other than "tags" and tags are not recognized properly (even if tags are natively core fields)-> Not working
- Responsive grid from Minitek : i did contact them and their module works with Joomla and K2 but not Flexicontent.

You are telling me that the module Universal is able to list all the content and dynamically filter and ajax reload like "responsive grid" ??? Able to do this : demo.minitek.gr/#responsive_grid_for_articles

sorry i can do a tutorial about a specific dev
but in summary
i use this
1 vestride.github.io/Shuffle/
2 create a category view with good integration (check code of demo)
3 add fields for filtering (we can only use one params)
4 i override filter display via layout override (yourtheme/html/layout/items_list_filters/radio_checkox.php)
=> the only one problem is we need to load all contents in same page
=> if you want i can do a paid service
