How to set default access for item submitted in a type and corresponding category of the type

1. This is not friendly... wish it could have been easy to configure.

Thanks for your help, too bad again I can't use FlexiContent, I'm watching FlexiContent for years and also meet Emmanuel several times on Joomla events.
