Hello,

I have this type of site format:

Jobs
Applications ( applications submitted will be related to a job where you applied )

What I want to achieve is that when an application is submitted, that application to be visible only by the person who submitted and the owner of the job where he applied.

Regards

hello
please explain more

a website structured something like this:
User groups:
- Companies
- Candidates

Flexicontent categories:
- Jobs
- Applications

and it works like:

1. Company register account under “Companies” user group
2. Company post a job
3. Candidates can apply for the job
4. Company can read received application ( for its jobs only ), other companies can’t read applications from jobs they don’t own

1 create a groupe compagny to allow job adding
2 create a group candidat to allow job apply
3 create a link to Applications category with some restriction option in link menu
=> user item link display only job sumitted and display item in relation (job apply)
4 notification need to be tested

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Hello,

Unfortunately I don't think FlexiContent can do what I want to do, for some reason, when I access "Applications received" menu item, I can see applications received by other companies jobs

Hello

can be done if the companies that are creating the jobs are allowed to have access to backend items manager

but in your case you want it to work via frontend right ?

hhmm

thinking it more it is possible for frontend too

if an administrator would be available to create 1 new access level for every new company that joins the website
