The form opened is standard Joomla's form for sending email

Did you wait 20 seconds before clicking send?

Effectivement c'est un problème de timeout, j'ai modifié le fichier controller.php et ca fonctionne.

bien sur :
modifier le fichier components/com_mailto/controller.php
remplacer la ligne 47:
if($timeout == 0 || time() - $timeout < 20) {
par:
if($timeout == 0 || time() - $timeout > 20) {
