tu as bien mis
SetEnv PHP_VER 5 dans ton htaccess ?
maintent reinstalle flexicontent clean les caches et verifie
si toujour une erreur

Alors j'ai refait une installation complète de Joomla + Flexi content et Flexi access (installation avec les dossiers dézippés directement dans le fichier tmp).

Le résultat est toujours le même...
